From new, re-upholstered or re-finished furniture to rugs, artwork and accessories; this service will help you freshen up your home. We will work with important pieces you want to keep while suggesting new items to update each space. Whether you would like to overhaul a room or the whole house we can help with every step of the process. We will meet with you in your home for a complimentary consultation. From there, we will come up with a design plan and present ideas for each space. We will not overwhelm you with choices but rather show you the best solutions for your family and then order, track, receive, inspect, and coordinate delivery and installation. Trying to make it as seamless as possible for each of our clients!
E-DESIGN
After working remotely while living in different parts of the United States and world, helping complete a project in different locations is a breeze. Thru phone calls, emails, and visual meetings, we will provide the same customer service our local clients have come to expect. Remote working was something we did, before it was cool! So let us know if we can help with a project big or small no matter where you are.
REMODEL/NEW CONSTRUCTION
From the beginning stages of building a new home, to remodeling your current home to function better for your family; we can help with all the decision making along the way to keep the project on time and on budget. We work directly with the builders and contractors as questions arise throughout the project. We make sure all tile, cabinets, hardware, plumbing, countertops, lighting, and paint are selected in advance before work begins, so you are not waiting on product and each trade is able to work when they arrive onsite. We envision how you will be living in the home so all decisions made are what will provide the most comfort and design aesthetic for the family living there.

Brothers Ali and Zeeshan Sultanali’s focus has always been on customer service and making their clients bathroom and kitchen remodeling experiences rewarding and delightful. With the knowledge, designing and remodeling skills behind them, Ali and Zeeshan decided to start selling only brands in which offered their customers quality products and customer service. Black and White was founded in 2006 by two builders with over 30 years of experience and was initially geared towards buying land and building its projects. Although successful and very profitable, one of the owners realized that many of the homes being built near Black and Whites’ were often of marginal quality and overpriced.
Greg Simmons then decided he wanted to move the company towards a more service-oriented direction. He had the desire to build a better home that would cost less and give customers instant equity upon completion. It was a bold move and one he would be taking on his own. The company was reorganized with full ownership resting with Greg in 2008.
Greg has been building residential and commercial buildings since 1986. He has built in California, New Mexico, and most recently in Houston Texas. He has completed over 500 structures ranging from low cost, first-time ownership homes to multi-million dollar dream homes, light commercial buildings to larger commercial projects and he enjoys remodels and additions. Building homes is a passion of Greg’s, and he likes to be hands-on, working side by side with his qualified and professional in-house crews.
