Belmont Custom Homes President and Owner Bo Whiteford has been in the home-building business for over 25 years, building luxury custom homes in West University, Bellaire, Memorial, Afton Oaks, and River Oaks.

Bo’s philosophy is to design a house from the ground up with the homeowner’s input as the driving force. He works closely with each homeowner to ensure that the lot is right so that the perfect house is designed to fit and meet the homeowner’s needs.

Bo has an uncanny ability to discover what the homeowner wants. He offers the homeowner the necessary guidance and knowledge regarding the property, ordinances, setbacks and deed restrictions, which helps the homeowner understand what can be built on the property. This allows the homeowner, architect and builder to work harmoniously to develop an exciting architectural design, while incorporating the latest in home technology and energy efficiency.

Customer service is paramount to the Belmont Custom Homes business. We are hands on and present to ensure that the needs of the homeowners are met. Bo personally visits each job site several times a day and meets with homeowners on a regular basis.
