CAM Construction did the most beautiful job with my master bath remodel. They are professional, efficient and talented. Jeff and Carroll Patrizi were extremely helpful with the design, and they were patient with me and offered their expertise as I made important decisions. My master bath is now the loveliest room in my home. I highly recommend CAM Construction.

It all started with a dishwasher disaster.
CAM Construction's Jeff Patrizi, who is also an insurance specialist, met with my insurance adjuster and they worked together to insure we had an accurate insurance appraisal which resulted in a replacement payout we felt very good about; I then worked with the CAM team to modify our existing architectural and design plans to add more "real estate" to our kitchen, create an extended office space, and build in an organizational space, for mail, electronics, etc.

Carroll Patrizi consulted with and walked me through the design process, taking into consideration the flow and function of the spaces, colors, textures and our family's active lifestyle. We updated the kitchen, entry hall, half bath, study, breakfast area, dining room and family room. The kitchen was designed for high efficiency and to maximize storage and counter space and we were able to rework a lot of my existing furniture to maximize the flow for everyone's comings and goings.

We chose to live in our home during the remodel so the CAM team created a timeline around our family's schedule, and worked on the house in phases so our daily routine wasn't interrupted. The subs were very nice, the project management was very professional and courteous and we were able to accomplish all the items on our want/ need list within our family's budget.

A few months after the renovations were complete, I found that my Christmas décor didn't seem to fit in our "new" home the way it used to. Carroll came over and arranged my existing décor to look like a Christmas wonderland. She has such a gift and my family loved it!

Jeff and Carroll gave my family the gift of a home more beautiful than we dreamed. They stepped into our lives in the middle of a disaster and created something of beauty. We have lived in our home for over 20 years and, other than some painting and hardwood restoration, hadn’t updated it at all. This project was enormous and they walked calmly with us using their gifts and talents in a way that blessed us beyond anything we expected. I will be forever grateful. They are Rock-stars! I am so happy to recommend CAM Construction to anyone I talk to.

Insurance repair to shower pan plus additional work at my own expense. Tile work, plumbing, hardwood floor replacement, painting, & carpentry. Project manager Tiffany Hoover was great to work with. I appreciated her knowledge and experience, as well as her woman's perspective on aesthetics and attention to detail. She was able to schedule the work to coordinate with my personal and professional schedule. Tradesmen were respectful of my home and pets. The inevitable mistakes by trades that caused me aggravation or additional cost were cheerfully remedied. For example, workers fell into the swimming pool while carrying the glass shower door. Cam replaced the door and paid the pool service to remove the glass. As with any construction company, I recommend written communications regarding expectations (like which gloss of paint to use), materials (like chrome or stainless or nickel), and observations that only the homeowner is likely to notice (like a gap in the silicone sealant around the lavatory). Tiffany was always available electronically and readily answered my many questions. One more note -- although contractors often can get better prices on materials, it's still worth shopping around as prices can vary widely.
