It appears the new owner of 1246 Peden Street which was said to be Fifty Seventh & 7th, Andy Gupta. The company tore down the two story 30's style apartment with considerable damage $1,650.00 to my 8' privacy fence across the back of my property on September 15, 2025. When reaching out to the realtor Mike Spears he mentioned the owner Andy Gupa was traveling and out of town. After calling Andy's office and leaving a voice message no phone calls have been returned. It's my belief this is bad business practices as they appear not to be accepting ownership of the damages. They are said to be building two $1,300,000.00 townhomes. I am posting this review of the company as how they are handling my unfortunate situation and how they appear to do business.
