At the same time, Shannon utilizes creative designs and knowledge of material costs to help implement the homeowners’ style into the design of the home, which is presented in a full-color 3D of the exterior. This added detail up front means selections are made with budget in mind, therefore fewer changes are made during construction. Steve and Shannon create homes that are not only beautiful, but tailored to their clients’ lifestyle and budget.

They did a wonderful job from designing the remodel of my place to helping me pick out appliances, lighting, plumbing fixtures, countertops, and tile. They often had ideas of what the remodel materials (such as fixtures and tile) should look like so very little time was spent by me in stores. The remodel drawings were done very quickly and when changes needed to be made those designs were quickly done too. I have loved this process every step of the way. My place should be completed about the end of September. Thank you for all your help.
We have used Steve for two houses. The first one he designed was in 2011/2012, and it was beautiful. Everything about the designed happened like clockwork, and he was fun to work with. In 2020, my wife and I decided to build one more for our retirement years. We had a lot on a lake, and called Steve to see if he would design it. Since the first house in 2012, he had joined with a partner to do a lot of the finishing design work. Steve did his usual magic, and then Shannon took over. She was invaluable helping with lighting, plumbing fixtures, colors, tile design, countertops, cabinet design, and more. She was a life saver. I can't say enough about how smooth this has gone with the two of them helping us through the whole process. Truly a dynamic duo.
