Worst Title Company I have ever dealt with in my 30+ yrs of real estate transactions as both buyer and seller. We had to hire our own attorney and do our own research to get a HOA fee issue resolved. Instead of claiming they are "Switzerland" they should have put down their popcorn and actually done some work. Then we were charged a $595 escrow fee on BOTH SIDES OF THE TRANSACTION on a $175k lot deal. As if that was not bad enough they changed the settlement statement at the last minute by $88 and did not say anything until the next day when the wire was short. Heaven help us if we have a title claim on this policy. Stay away from these rookies.
