At Zander Homes, we stand by our work. Most builders will give you a “builder-backed” warranty, which if they go out of business or sell the company, has the potential to leave you with a home and no warranty. We believe in quality, and stand behind the integrity of our craftsmanship and products, which is why we’ve partnered with StrucSure, a third-party Home Warranty company. StrucSure comes standard with all homes built by Zander Homes, giving you complete confidence in your investment.
