The WM started as a fascinating synchrodestiny story in 2018 when designers Wilbanks and Mackay met at an industry event and connected over fashion. From there, a year passed while Wilbanks began working with a business coach, and Mackay attended a business conference where both were encouraged to step outside of their comfort zones, get very clear about their desires for their future business, and put all of these things down on a vision board down to the last detail. Mackay reached out to Wilbanks, recognizing a shared passion for modern design that seduces the senses and creates the best life for clients. Unbeknownst to her, Wilbanks had already created the exact same model. Twenty-Two Fifty Interiors was founded in July of 2010 by Teena Caldwell and her daughter Lauren Worsham. Teena previously worked out of her home and was the owner and principal designer of Interiors by Teena. Teena graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors in Interior Design and has been in the design industry for well over 25 years.
