Founded in 1979 by Herb and Hilda Haws and their three children—Dennis, Russell, and Pamela—our company began as a family-owned real estate venture and quickly evolved into a full-service residential construction business. With backgrounds in insurance, real estate, and home building, the Haws family laid a strong foundation built on the belief that “if we take care of the business, it will take care of us.” Over the decades, we've worn many hats—from real estate inspectors to insurance restoration specialists—but our passion has always been remodeling and home additions. Herb and Pamela led the sales efforts while Dennis and Russell brought the projects to life. Hilda and Pamela kept the back office running smoothly, and today, the legacy continues with Dennis’ daughters—Nicole, Angela, and Ashlee—now active in all areas of the business. We learned the business by doing it all ourselves and grew by developing systems that allowed us to expand our team, many of whom have been with us since the early years.
