In 2004, owners Hank and Amy White purchased Hallmark Kitchens, a cabinet distributor and kitchen design and remodeling studio in Houston, Texas. As their business grew, White's clients were so pleased with his professionalism and his work that they started calling him for all of their remodeling, home additions, and building projects.
In 2007, the company changed its name to Hallmark Renovation & Custom Homes to better reflect its growing business. Today, new custom homes, home additions, and full scale remodeling projects have become the primary focus of the company.

Jessicah Kolter, NCIDQ Licensed, graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. She began her career in interior design sales, where she built a strong foundation in understanding the importance of a strong client/designer relationship. Jessicah takes pride in her ability to connect with clients, decipher their needs, and produce stunning spaces that exceed expectations.
After spending a few years in commercial architecture, Jessicah worked on a vast array of projects, including retail establishments, government facilities, and office spaces. The knowledge she gained was invaluable. She has extensive experience preparing full construction documents for large-scale projects and has a strong understanding of local and international building codes. While working full-time, Jessicah took the NCIDQ exam and received her certification as a licensed interior designer under the requirements set by the Council for Interior Design Qualification.
Currently, Jessicah focuses primarily on residential interior design, specializing in new builds and interior renovation projects. She finds great passion in guiding clients to create stunning homes that offer both beautiful aesthetics and functionality for their day-to-day lives. Jessicah manages projects fully from the initial preliminary meeting to the completion of the design. She works closely with clients and contractors to create spaces that reflect the clients' needs and wants. Jessicah is involved in selecting all finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories, and she prepares detailed design drawings, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, electrical layouts, custom millwork elevations, sections, and construction detailing, as well as comprehensive design presentations. Her goal is to make the design process as enjoyable and easy as possible for her clients.
