The WM started as a fascinating synchrodestiny story in 2018 when designers Wilbanks and Mackay met at an industry event and connected over fashion. From there, a year passed while Wilbanks began working with a business coach, and Mackay attended a business conference where both were encouraged to step outside of their comfort zones, get very clear about their desires for their future business, and put all of these things down on a vision board down to the last detail.
