The company was reorganized with full ownership resting with Greg in 2008. Greg has been building residential and commercial buildings since 1986. All houses that are built by Imperial Builders, LLC, are original designs by architects or based on house plans that the client wishes to replicate. If the client does not currently have an architect or plans, owner Roger Steinke, contacts well-qualified architects. He believes that engineering is a key component of the building process, and that a benefit to working with a familiar architect is that he as the builder understands the architect’s style and how the architect engineers his/her houses.
